Appointments
We always welcome walk-ins but encourage our guests to make an appointment so we can better accommodate scheduling needs and minimize wait time.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life gets busy and last-minute changes can happen.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment notify the nail technician or give us a call at (760) 642-3134 no less than 24 hours prior to the appointment start time. If the client does not show up for the appointment or let us know about the rescheduling or cancelation in less than 24 hours the client will have to pay a $20 cancelation fee per canceled service. If the client will not pay the cancelation fee the Nails Done team will not shell any new appointments for the client in the future.
Time is important to everyone and we take your appointment seriously.
If you are late for more than 15 minutes, we have the right to refuse your appointment, which will also be considered a no-show and the client will have to pay a cancelation fee
We offer a guarantee
Nails Done offers a 7-day guarantee on all gel services. Please notify your nail technician of any mishaps as soon as you've noticed them, and we’re happy to offer repairs free of charge with the same nail technician. Complimentary nail repairs observe the same 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy of normal appointments. No showing to complimentary repair appointments forfeits the complimentary status of the repair.

Personal items
Nails Done is not responsible for any personal items that are lost or misplaced. Any items left at the studio for more than 14 days will be donated to the Good Will.
We offer Kids' services for children between the ages of 4 and 12.

We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
