Classic Regular manicure 

The classic manicure has been performed in nail salons for many years. This is a traditional way of caring for hands and nails.

This type of manicure is fit for people who want their nails to look natural, uncoated or coated with regular or gel color.

The procedure begins with cutting and shaping the nails. Then we use cuticle removal to soften the skin. We carefully push back your cuticle and, if you wish, remove the dead skin with scissors or nippers. Also removing all burrs. A relaxing moisturizing lotion is then massaged into the hands.  Finish with a buff or select regular polish from our extensive selection of colors.

Dry Regular manicure

Dry manicure is just beginning to inspire people's hearts.

A Dry manicure is a technique that makes use of an electronic file to remove the excess skin surrounding your nail bed. It’s said to avoid cutting the nail too aggressively and allows the nail technician to be more in control, compared to when using nippers. This leaves your nails perfectly trimmed and smooth around the edges, resulting in a very clean finished look.

This type of manicure is perfect for people who have dry skin on their hands and a lot of burrs. For people who want the color coating to be applied as close to the cuticle as possible.

Also, dry manicure is very good works with gel color or building artificial nails, as the nails do not have contact with water, which minimizes the appearance of coating chipping in the future.

The procedure begins with cutting and shaping the nails. Then we push back the cuticle. Gently without pressure we remove dead skin with diamond nail bit until cuticle area will be smooth. Afterwards we remove the leftovers of dead skin and burrs with scissors or nippers. Finish with a buff or select regular polish from our extensive selection of colors.

Gel manicure

Nowadays, the gel manicure service is the most requested in manicure salons around the world.

Gel manicure looks as beautiful and natural as the nails coated with regular polish but at the same time they are much stronger, the coating is worn for several weeks and has a mirror shine. Also, with gel, you can decorate your nails with any design of your choice.

The point is that your natural nails are covered with a soft, soak-off gel coating that does not dry out in the air as regular nail polish, gel always cured in UV or LED lamp using ultra violet rays.

In this way you get a natural beautiful, strong and durable coating, which will be dry immediately after the end of the service and you will not have to worry about the that coating can be lubricated as in the case with regular nail polish.

Gel overlay

If you like your current length but want your nails to be a bit harder so they don't break so easily, choose this service. We use structure gel or rubber base on your natural nails to help them grow out nice and strong & look natural. We recommend adding the "Gel overlay" to your service if your natural nails are weak or damaged.

We start with a Classic or Dry manicure. Adding a  structure gel/ rubber base on your nails and then finishing with a gel color on your choice from our extensive selection of colors. After each coat is painted on, you place your hand under a LED light for 30 seconds.

  A one-color gel overlay takes between 75-120 minutes
• Remains:

  A Gel overlay can last between 2-4 weeks
• Cost:

  $70-$90. The cost depends on your nail specialist. Removal is an additional cost and time
• Removal:

  The Gel overlay can be filled or completely removed by using an electric file.

Hard Gel Extension

Nail extensions are artificial nails created by using a different nail product to extend the nail edge of the natural nail.

There are many technics and products for nail extension. Acrylic and gel extensions are the most popular. Here in Nails Done Studio we use only Hard Gel or Poly gel product, because we find it superior to Acrylic.

Gel extensions and acrylic nails aren't identical, but they are similar. Acrylic is a two-step process that involves liquid and powder which air-dries. Gel extensions use hard gel or Poly gel and are cured with a UV or LED light. Hard gel gets it's name because, once cured, it is tough enough to be made into a nail extension. 

Another advantage of gel extension is the lack of smell. Acrylic also quite often causes allergic reactions on the skin. Hard gel has almost no odor and much less allergic reactions. For this reason, in our studio we do not provide acrylic extensions, but use a newer and better replacement for acrylic-Hard gel.

Hard gel is the most common type of gel used for extensions, but takes a little more work to remove. Hard gel, on the other hand, is the toughest form of gel coating and creates a sturdier, longer-lasting exterior.

How Is It Applied?

We start with Dry manicure. Using a "Dual form" technic or using a paper form under the nail helps to create the length and shape you are trying to achieve. After that nail specialist creates a shape by using different files. The rest of your appointment will flow like a regular gel manicure: your color is applied with standard soft gel polish and cured layer by layer.

If you're looking to get a fresh set of extensions, prepare to spend at least 2 hours in the salon chair. It's a process that shouldn't be rushed, so depending on the length and shape of the nail you are going for, you should dedicate 2-3 hours. If you're getting nail art, that takes up some time, too.

  A one-color hard gel/ poly gel extensions takes takes between 2-3.5 hours. For the Fill set between 90-120 minutes
• Remains:

  A hard gel extensions should last between 2-4 weeks

• Removal:

  To preserve the health and strength of your natural nail, the removal process is crucial. You absolutely should not try to remove your own gel extensions at home. Hard gel is extremely durable and won't come off with foils and acetone. Nail specialist will use electric file to completely remove the gel.
